By accessing the 3jl3 website at 3jl3.win, creating an account, or using any service offered by 3jl3, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 3jl3 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the 3jl3 platform after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3jl3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to registered Players via the email address on file or via prominent notice on the 3jl3 website.

To be eligible to register and use 3jl3, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are otherwise lawfully permitted to access online gambling services;
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order from 3jl3 or from any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for any other person;

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 3jl3 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances;

3jl3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any transactions completed using your credentials prior to notification of suspected unauthorised access will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

3jl3 supports a range of Philippine-native payment methods for deposits, including but not limited to: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for most payment methods. Deposits are generally credited to your 3jl3 wallet immediately or within the processing time indicated for the selected payment method at the time of transaction.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted;
• 3jl3 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges;
• 3jl3 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be made in connection with fraudulent or illegal activity;

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Maximum bet amounts apply when playing with active bonus funds. Placing bets that exceed the specified maximum bonus bet limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.

• Using another person's payment method without their express written consent;

All content on the 3jl3 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, database structures, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of 3jl3 Casino or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3jl3 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3jl3 Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 3jl3 platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of winnings or perceived loss of profit resulting from game outcomes, technical faults, or service interruptions;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security;
• Service unavailability resulting from scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or events beyond 3jl3's reasonable control (including force majeure events);
• Any reliance placed on information, promotional materials, or game descriptions that contained errors.

Where 3jl3's liability cannot be excluded by law, 3jl3's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your 3jl3 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3jl3 provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all registered players at any time via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the maximum amount that may be deposited;
• Loss Limits: Caps on the maximum net loss over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic logout after a specified period of continuous play;

3jl3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as requested by 3jl3;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other activity that 3jl3 reasonably believes to be illegal or harmful to the platform or other players;
• Receiving a chargeback or payment dispute on any deposit transaction;
• Determination that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

Upon termination of an account for cause, 3jl3 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the account. Where an account is closed at the player's request and in good standing, the player's Real Money Balance (net of any unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) shall be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Your continued use of the 3jl3 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and close your account before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the 3jl3 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with 3jl3 customer support.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days of written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with that body's applicable complaints handling procedures.

Nothing in this clause limits 3jl3's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
